    • Bits PanIndia provides an online employment marketplace that connects job seekers with employers. Users may search for job opportunities, submit applications, and communicate with prospective employers through the platform.

The following services are currently under development and are not available for transactions or bookings at this time:

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bits PanIndia, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Platform facilitates interaction between users and independent third-party service providers.

5. Cab Booking Services

For transportation services:

  • Transportation services are provided by independent drivers or transportation partners.
  • Estimated arrival times and fares are approximate.
  • Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations while using transportation services.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their personal safety during travel.

6. Job Portal Services

Regarding employment services:

  • Employers are solely responsible for job postings.
  • Job seekers are responsible for independently verifying employer credentials.
  • Bits PanIndia does not guarantee employment opportunities.
  • Bits PanIndia is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers.

7. Upcoming Services

Services marked as "Coming Soon" are currently unavailable for transactions, bookings, or payments.

Bits PanIndia reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue upcoming services without prior notice.

8. Payments

Payments made through the Platform shall be processed by authorized third-party payment gateways.

Users authorize Bits PanIndia and its payment partners to process payments for transactions initiated through the Platform.

9. User Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Violate applicable laws.
  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, graphics, software, and materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Bits PanIndia unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Suspension & Termination

Bits PanIndia reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without notice if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraudulent activities are detected.
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bits PanIndia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bits PanIndia from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Odisha, India.

15. Changes to Terms

Bits PanIndia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

  • Premium subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

Failed Transactions

Failed transactions are generally refunded within 5-7 business days.
